Green Card Medical
Are you applying for your Green Card? Did you have had your medical examination and are missing vaccines?
Going through the final steps of your green card application is an exciting process. However, you will be asked to provide proof of many vaccines to pass your green card medical. If you do not have proof, you will need to receive the vaccines before a doctor can sign off on your medical.
In many circumstances, people will get the vaccines at the medical office and pay a premium out of pocket price for convenience. BUT, you do not need to!! We can use your insurance at Eddie’s Pharmacy. If the vaccine is not covered, or you do not have insurance, we will charge you an affordable price to ensure you do not have any additional costs on what is normally, an expensive green card process.
As of August 30 2024, these are the current conditions that adults must show proof of vaccination or immunity:
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (If born after 1957)
Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis
Polio
Hepatitis B
Varicella (chicken pox)
Influenza
If you are over the age of 65, then you do not need vaccination proof of hepatitis B but you do need proof of pneumococcal.
