Eddie Bubar, Pharm.D.

Eddie Bubar received his Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy in 1977. Over the next 15 years, Eddie honed his skills and gained invaluable experience while practicing in hospital pharmacy, hospital pharmacy management, pharmaceutical manufacturing and retail pharmacy. It was during this 15-year period that Eddie took great interest in one day establishing an independent pharmacy with an emphasis in one-on-one pharmacist-patient interaction and service.

At last, Eddie’s ambitions and perseverance paid off as Eddie’s Pharmacy was established in 1997. Since then, Eddie has taken great steps in making Eddie’s Pharmacy become one of the most recognized establishments in West Hollywood, with patients from all across the Greater Los Angles Metropolitan area and beyond.

Eddie specializes in HIV/AIDS care and works closely with several organizations, including but not limited to The California Pharmacy Association, California Political Action Committee, and the National Community Pharmacists Association.

Always an outspoken advocate of patient rights, Eddie’s commitment to the profession of pharmacy reaches beyond practice as demonstrated by his proactive advocacy of patients’ health concerns. For over 15 years now, Eddie’s patients consider him a reliable resource and a respected friend.

Always a proud and devoted Trojan, Eddie remains closely connected to his alma mater and the USC School of Pharmacy. Fight On!

Yasmin Rahmani, Pharm.D.

In 2006, Yasmin Rahmani graduated from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy, earning her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. With an already established relationship thanks to Eddie’s involvement with the USC student body, Yasmin became a full-time pharmacist and it has been a rewarding collaboration since. Yasmin has shared Eddie’s passion for greater attention to individual needs of patients and shares Eddie’s enthusiasm for specialized pharmaceutical care.

Working at Eddie’s Pharmacy since the fall of 2006, Yasmin believes that Eddie’s Pharmacy is the ideal professional environment which enables her to practice pharmacy while maintaining the highest degree of integrity and ethics.

Over the past few years, Yasmin’s admiration and dedication to the field of pharmaceutical care has continued to grow. In particular, personal care and attention to each and every patient remains the primary objective. She enjoys paying special attention to all of her patients’ needs from those related to coordinating medication needs and insurance coverage requirements, to simply providing professional support and attention to the individualized needs of every patient.

Yasmin enjoys having close ties to the community and remains involved in numerous pharmacy organizations which allow her to keep current with political action, medications & disease state management and current health practices. Such organizations include The California Pharmacists Association, The National Community Pharmacists Association and the local West Hollywood pharmacists association.
